If you’re a straight, white male the Democratic Party doesn’t want you. As reported by Fox News, “DNC: White men shouldn’t apply for tech jobs“. If you’re not good enough to work for them, are you good enough to give them your vote?
DNC’s Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader purportedly wrote in an email that the desire for diversity excludes “cisgender straight white males.”
Leader adds, “I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority.”
Cisgender is a term for people whose gender identity matches the sex that they were assigned to at birth.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Manufacturers are taking a lead from the concept of the Naval Convoy System that the Allies developed in WWI to help defeat the German U-Boat threat. Starting with the 2018 Model Year, each EV sold will come with it’s own ‘Charging Station Tender’ that travels in convoy with the EV. Now that’s ‘sustainability’ at it’s best. Or maybe not so much….?
So Donald Trump has an extra scoop of ice cream and liberal’s heads explode everywhere? Imagine, then if you will, a world in which the President orders a “cherry on top” of his extra scoops? Perhaps with extra whipped cream…?
The Runaways – “Cherry Bomb”
One couldn’t find a more appropriate group of libs than Mses. Dakota Fanning, Kristen Stewart and Floria Sigismondi to provided some ‘Trumped’ up outrage.
With ESPN’s subscriber base tanking, the Sports Cable Network is looking to it’s newest almost real sports venture, “Conehead Jousting” to save it’s cojones. Will it work? Maybe not so much…
My guess, Charlie, is that no one within 2000 miles East or West of Houston would give a good fuck whether or not Abdullah and his Merry Band of Throat Slitters paid a return visit to your Offices. Hard to believe, isn’t it, after that misplaced Kumbaya moment a couple of years ago.
From the Washington Post, “Charlie Hebdo cover suggests Hurricane Harvey victims are neo-Nazis“.
The newspaper’s latest issue takes aim at a new target: the victims of the catastrophic Hurricane Harvey, which hit Texas on Friday, killing at least 35 people, displacing thousands and causing billions of dollars in damage.
The art on the Charlie Hebdo cover shows swastika flags and hands raised in what looks like Nazi salutes poking out above floodwaters. The text reads: “God exists! He drowned all the neo-Nazis of Texas.” The illustration is an apparent reference to Texans’ support of Donald Trump, who won 52.6 percent of the state’s vote in the presidential election.
Liberal beau, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, jabbing at President Trump’s ‘harsh’ stance on immigration, famously proclaimed,
“OK,” the Illegal Immigrants say. “Let’s go.” And they did. In increasing numbers.
Overwhelmed by these numbers, the government has increased patrols along the border and added immigration staff to process claims. Montreal’s Olympic stadium has been turned into a temporary welcome center, and the military has been deployed to set up a 500-person camp on the border.
So how did that turn out for you Mr. Prime Minister “Boy Toy” Trudeau? Maybe not so well…
“You must follow the rules, and there are many.”
Critics have accused Mr Trudeau of encouraging would-be refugees to come to Canada without thinking through the consequences.
Mike Rowe of “Dirty Jobs” fame, and now with his “MikeRoweWorks Foundation“, does not suffer liberal foolishness lightly. See his “real world schooling” of Twitter troll Chuck Atkins. It’s a dirty job, Mike, and we sure are glad you’re willing to do it.
Twitter troll Chuck Atkins says…
“One of the tenants of white nationalism is that college educated people are academic elitests. Comment? No? I’m not surprised. You never take a political stand because you don’t want to alienate anybody. Its bad for business. I get it. But there is a current of anti intellectualism in this country – promoted by Republicans. Those people love you, and they think your initiative is their initiative. Meanwhile, the rest of the world is kickin our ass academically.”
And Mike’s reply to Chuck…
Since we’re being candid, allow me to say how much I dislike your post. Everything about it annoys me – your smug and snarky tone, your appalling grammar, your complete lack of evidence to support your claims, and of course, the overarching logical fallacy that informs your entire position. What really bugs me though, is the fact that you’re not entirely wrong. It’s true; I haven’t shared any political opinions this week, in part anyway, because doing so might very well be “bad for business.”
What can I say? I work for half-a-dozen different companies, none of whom pay me to share my political opinions. I run a non-partisan foundation, I’m about to launch a new show on Facebook, and I’m very aware that celebrities pay a price for opening their big fat gobs. Gilbert Gottfried, Kathy Griffin, Colin Kaepernick, Milo Yiannopoulos…even that guy from Google who just got himself fired for mouthing off. There’s no getting around it – the first amendment does not guarantee the freedom to speak without consequences. And really, that’s fine by me.
So no – I’m not going to share my personal feelings about Charlottesville, President Trump, or the current effort to remove thousands of statues of long dead soldiers from the public square. Not just because it’s “bad for business,” but because it’s annoying. I can’t think of a single celebrity whose political opinion I value, and I’m not going to assume the country feels any differently about mine. So, rather than blow myself up, or chime in with all the obvious observations about the cowardly scum in the pointy hats, I’m going to talk instead about my belief that comments like yours pose a far greater threat to the future of our country than the existence of a memorial to Thomas Jefferson, or a monument to George Washington. Ready? Let’s start with a closer look at your claims.
